The Domaine de la Tour Vayon - Culture and vinification

Our terroirs consists of several plots of land in Pouilly Fuissé,
St Veran and the « Clos de la Condamine » which has an exceptionnal exposure in the heart of Côte Maconnaise.
This 5Ha Clos is located in the village of Pierreclos. The soil has a different composition depending on the location: on the east side there are chalky rocks, in the centre marl with belemnites fossils and on the west, chalk with gryphées fossils
